High Speed Image

High-Speed Images in the Studio

In the studio, Stephen and Owen set up the high-speed photo setting. We all went in groups of three to take our images, when it was my group's turn, it was Chloe Tilston, Tom Bothwell and myself. Chloe was taking the photos, Tom was dropping the plum into the water and I was in charge of resetting the flash every time we took a photograph. In a couple of our images, we could see a reflection of the plum in the water that created an interesting effect, in one of the other images Tom reached to grab the plum too early and so his hand is in shot. Personally, I think that our images turned out rather well apart from the odd few. If we were to do this task again, I think that we would cooperate more in terms of timing and when to take the photo and drop the plum simultaneously.
